In my opinion, this is the most documented battle in the military history. One can easily find movies, documentaries, books, articles on this matter. Anyone who is interested can find out all kind of details, more or less significant: units and subunits involved, operations, equipment, tactics and so on. Everyone can figure out even details about fights inside certain buildings: names of the subunits, actions performed during different periods of times, sometimes the names of the combatants.   THE KHALKIN GOL BATTLE Article published on 19 March 2022          The battle at Khalkin Gol River (Mongolia) took place on 20 August 1939 and it was the decisive fight during the military conflict between USSR and Japan. The military campaign began on 11 Mai 1939 and ended on 16 September 1939, when the belligerents sign a truce. [1]           The Japanese attack against Mongolia was a natural continuation of the aggressive expansion in neighboring countries, after the empire occupied large areas of China. Due to the economic development, the Japanese Empire was looking for resources. The target was obvious: Siberia. At the USSR border, the Japanese Forces provoked incidents, starting with 1935.   DRONES PART II – PRESENT ȘI TRENDS Article published on 28 Nov 2021             Most of the people know about the German submarines operations during the first part of the World War II. The TV documentaries concerning this are very interesting. The Allied losses in Atlantic were huge. The details of the confrontations between German U-boats and Allied Navies are well-known. Nevertheless, beginning with 1943, the efficiency of the U-boats operations dramatically diminished. In 1944, their losses were high: January – 14 submarines (and 8 Allied ships sunk); February: 15 submarines (and 4 Allied ships sunk); March: 17 submarines (11 Allied ships sunk) [1] .
